Why is this important?

Normally, only a LibGDX TextureAtlas can use packed textures. LibGDX has confusing classes like Sprites, TextureRegions, TextureAltas.  I programmed my own tool that reduces the work required to render textures from a packed atlas and made a tutorial to help others.
